Vandals targetting cyclists

I was riding home from the city at about midnight on Tuesday night. I took the Anzac bridge, and the cycleway that goes along the river, parallel to the City West Link.

I was riding along on the singlespeed at about 25km/h, when I saw this:

Some cheeky vandal had made a barrier out of clear tape. It was quite strong, and would have resulted in a nasty accident if a cyclist had not seen it. Luckily, I saw it and stopped in time. I removed it, and rode home.
